About PredScope Editorial
PredScope is an independent prediction market analytics platform that tracks 600+ live markets across Polymarket, Kalshi, and other major platforms in real-time.
We built PredScope because prediction markets had a data problem: odds were fragmented across platforms, fee structures were opaque, and there was no neutral source comparing markets side by side. PredScope solves that. Every number on this site is pulled directly from platform APIs and updated continuously — not sourced from press releases or marketing materials.
Our editorial coverage extends beyond raw data. The guides section explains how prediction markets work, how platforms compare on fees and liquidity, and how traders can approach these markets with accurate information. Guides are written and reviewed by the PredScope editorial team with direct reference to platform data, regulatory filings, and hands-on testing.
Our Data
We aggregate data from major prediction market platforms, providing odds comparison, volume tracking, and market analysis updated every 10 minutes.
Specifically, our data pipeline covers:
- Live market odds — Yes/No prices pulled directly from Polymarket and Kalshi order books, refreshed every 10 minutes
- Volume tracking — 24-hour and cumulative trading volume per market and per platform
- Odds comparison — side-by-side display of the same event across platforms where available, surfacing arbitrage opportunities and price discrepancies
- Market metadata — resolution dates, categories, market status, and historical closing prices
Data is sourced directly from platform APIs. We do not manually curate or adjust odds figures. If a platform API returns a number, that number is what we display. Discrepancies between platforms reflect actual market conditions, not editorial choices.
Our Methodology
How We Review Platforms
Platform reviews on PredScope are based on direct, hands-on testing. Our review process includes:
- Account creation — we go through the full signup and verification process on each platform, including KYC where required, to assess the actual user experience
- Fee verification — all fee figures are verified against platform documentation and confirmed through test trades; we do not rely solely on what platforms advertise
- Liquidity testing — we inspect real order books across a range of market types to assess bid-ask spreads and depth, not just headline volume numbers
- Deposit and withdrawal testing — we test the full funding cycle, including processing times and any undisclosed costs
- Regulatory review — we check CFTC filings, terms of service, and applicable legal documentation for each platform's regulatory status
How We Write Guides
Guides are written to answer the questions traders actually have, with answers grounded in data. Where a claim is quantitative — a fee percentage, a volume figure, an accuracy statistic — it is sourced from verifiable public data, platform documentation, or academic research. We cite sources and update guides when facts change.
We do not write guides to favor platforms we have commercial relationships with. Affiliate relationships are disclosed explicitly (see Independence section below) and do not influence ratings, rankings, or editorial conclusions.
Review Updates
Prediction markets are a fast-moving space. Platforms change fees, add features, and gain or lose regulatory approval. We update guides and reviews when material facts change. Each page displays the date it was last reviewed.
Independence
PredScope is independently operated and is not affiliated with, owned by, or funded by any prediction market platform, including Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other trading venue we cover.
We earn revenue through affiliate referral links. When a user clicks a referral link on PredScope and signs up for a platform, we may receive a commission from that platform. These relationships are disclosed on every page where referral links appear with the rel="nofollow sponsored" attribute on the link.
Affiliate relationships do not determine our ratings, rankings, or recommendations. Platforms we do not have affiliate relationships with receive the same editorial treatment as those we do. Our ratings are based on the criteria described in Our Methodology above.
PredScope does not accept sponsored content, paid reviews, or payment in exchange for favorable coverage. If a platform asks us to change a rating or remove a negative finding in exchange for commercial terms, we decline.
